Wild Rose Co-op Fundraising BBQ Program
Wild Rose Co-op is pleased to offer community groups the opportunity to host a fundraising BBQ at our Camrose and Killam Food Stores from May Long Weekend through September Long Weekend.
We provide the space, equipment, and product to help make your fundraiser a success!
How It Works
Application Process
- Complete the online application form and provide several date options that work for your group.
- Phone calls for bookings will not be accepted.
- Dates are assigned on a first‑come, first‑served basis, so early applications are encouraged.
- Preference will be given to organizations that align with Wild Rose Co-op’s values of Integrity, Community, and Excellence.
👉 2026 BBQ applications open April 1 (first come, first served).
Eligibility
We welcome applications from:
- Non‑profit or registered charitable organizations exempt from taxation under the Canada Income Tax Act, whose programs benefit the community
- Not‑for‑profit community groups and youth organizations, both registered and non‑registered
Please note: At least one volunteer must hold a Wild Rose Co-op membership to participate.
Booking Process
- Once your application is submitted, Wild Rose Co-op will review your request and contact you to confirm available dates and next steps.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email or phone call, your organization has not been booked.
Due to the high volume of requests, please allow a minimum of two weeks for review and response.
