Wild Rose Co-op Fundraising BBQ Program

Wild Rose Co-op is pleased to offer your group the opportunity to host a fundraising BBQ at our Camrose, Killam  Food Stores from May Long Weekend to September Long Weekend. We provide the space, equipment, and products to make your event a success!

How It Works:

Application Process:
Complete the online application form, and provide a few dates that would work for your group.

Please note: Phone calls for bookings will not be accepted.

Dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to submit your application early!
Preference will be given to organizations that align with Wild Rose Co-op’s values of Integrity, Community, and Excellence.

Eligibility:
We welcome applications from:

  • Non-profit/registered charitable organizations exempt from taxation under the Canada Income Act, whose programs benefit the community.

  • Not-for-profit community groups and youth organizations (both registered and non-registered).
To participate, one member of your team must hold a Wild Rose Co-op membership.

Booking Process:
Once your application is submitted, Wild Rose Co-op will review your request and contact you for confirmation of dates and further details.

Note: If you do not receive a confirmation call or email, your organization has not been booked.

Program Guide and Food Safety:
Please refer to the BBQ Program Guide and Safe Food Handling Guidelines at the bottom of the page for further information.

Wild Rose Co-op partners with Do Some Good to power our community applications.
Due to the high volume of requests, we kindly ask for a minimum of two weeks for us to review and respond. While we strive to support as many organizations as possible, not all applications may be approved. This decision in no way reflects the value of your organization or the important work you do.
