Wild Rose Co-op 24-Hour Pay-at-the-Pump

Now accepting Visa and Mastercard at Wild Rose Co-op Cardlock locations (Tofield & Killam more to come). Follow these steps for a smooth fueling experience:

How to Use Your Visa or Mastercard at the Pump:

1. Insert Your Credit Card – Visa or Mastercard only.
2. Fuel Access Code – If you have a fuel access code, enter it now. If not, press “No” and follow the prompts.
3. Complete Training Screens – Read the on-screen slides (7 total) for important site information and emergency procedures. Press "Next" to proceed.
4. Confirm & Receive Fuel Access Code – Press “Confirm” to generate a receipt with your unique fuel access code linked to your credit card for 1 year.
5. Reinsert Your Credit Card – Enter your fuel access code when prompted. Save this code for future use with the same credit card.
6. Enter Pump Number – Select your pump and press “Enter.”
7. Set Fueling Amount – Pre-authorize any amount between $5 - $999.
8. Enter Co-op Membership Number (optional) – If you don’t have one, leave it blank and press “Enter.”
9. Enter Credit Card PIN – Complete payment authorization.
10. Begin Fueling – Insert the nozzle, lift the handle, and fuel up!

Important Notes:
✅ Once you obtain a fuel access code (valid for 1 year), it remains valid across the Co-op Cardlock network—you won’t need to redo the training screens unless you forget your code.

⛽ Visa and Mastercard payments are only accepted for clear fuel. Dyed fuel is not available for credit card transactions.

💳 Using a Co-op Cardlock Card? Your fuel purchase will be automatically billed to your account, and you won’t have the option to pay with Visa or Mastercard after the transaction.
