2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Thank you to everyone who attended the Wild Rose Co-op Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2025, at the Jeanne and Peter Lougheed Performing Arts Centre.

This year’s AGM welcomed both in-person and virtual members to receive updates from their Co-op and participate in the election of the Board of Directors.

If you were unable to attend and would like a copy of the Annual Report, please email wildrose@wildrose.crs with your name, address, and membership number, and a copy will be sent to you.

In 2025, three positions on the Board of Directors were up for election. These positions were held by Meghan Gunderson, Daniel Szott, and Michael Rostad.

All three incumbents allowed their names to stand for re-election. As per By-law 7.04, all nominations were required no later than 15 days prior to the AGM—by April 7, 2025.

As no additional nominations were received by the deadline, Meghan, Daniel, and Michael were elected by acclamation.
