Wild Rose Co-operative Association Ltd. Annual General Meeting was a Success!

Wild Rose Co-operative Association Ltd, held is Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 12, 2024, at the Jeanne and Peter Lougheed Performing Arts Centre. The meeting was hosted for in-person and virtual members to participate and receive updates from their Co-op and elect the Board of Directors.

If you missed the AGM and would like a copy of the Annual Report, email wildrose@wildrose.crs with your name, address, and membership number and a copy will be sent to you.

All nominations for the Board of Directors had to be received by February 26, 2024.

An election was held at the AGM and the following members formed the 2024 Board of Directors:

• Meghan Gunderson
• Graham Galletly
• Daniel Szott
• Michael Rostad
• David Child
• Shelley Moch
• Brent McPherson
• Kyle Guerin
• Ron Pilger

During the AGM the following allocations were announced for Wild Rose Co-op Members who made purchases at Wild Rose Co-op locations in 2023.

• Food: 2.55%
• Fuel: 3%
• Seed and Chemical: 2%
• Lubricants: 10%
• Liquor: 2.55%

The General Cash Repayment of $1.5 million will be distributed to the members. Cheques will be mailed out May 1, 2024.

Doug Hampshire was recognized for over 35 years of service with the Wild Rose Co-op Board.
