FAQ - Edmonton Elks Voucher Program

Is this voucher an actual ticket?

No. The voucher sold in-store is not an official game ticket. It must be redeemed online to receive your official tickets.

How do customers redeem their voucher?

1. Scan the QR code on the voucher (#1) using a smartphone, or visit GOELKS.COM/COOP
2. Enter the unique promo code found under the scratch box on the voucher (#2)
3. Access the offer page, after scanning you will be directed to the landing page. Click the “unlock” icon
4. Enter your code, type the revealed code into Offer Code/Passcode box and submit:
5. Select Tickets, once unlocked you will see available games and seating. Choose your 2 tickets and add them to your cart
6. Complete Checkout, proceed to checkout and claim tickets – your balance will be $0.00

Will this voucher work for any game?

Vouchers are valid for select Edmonton Elks home games only and expire on October 16, 2026.

I bought a voucher for the July 9th game, but now I can’t go.

What do I do? If you have not yet redeemed your voucher for tickets to the July 9th game, your voucher code can still be used for any other eligible home game before the expiry date.

Do I need to buy two vouchers for two tickets?

No. One voucher provides two discounted tickets to a single game.

Can customers sit anywhere with this voucher?

No. Vouchers are valid for seating in P5 sections DD, EE, OO, PP, QQ, and RR (These sections are highlighted on the voucher for reference.)

If I buy multiple vouchers, can we all sit together?

Seating is ‘first come, first served’. While customers can try to select seats together, it cannot be guaranteed

Is one voucher valid for the entire season?

No. Each voucher is valid for two tickets to one home game only.

What if a customer loses their voucher?

Vouchers are non-refundable and non-replaceable if lost, stolen, damaged, or tampered with.

How do I get my tickets?

Scratch the box on your card to reveal your unique code. Then scan the QR code and enter your code to unlock your tickets.

Where are the seats located?

Your tickets are valid in highlighted double-letter sections shown on the back of your card.

What games can I choose from?

Eligible home games: June 20, July 9, July 17, August 1, August 15, August 21, September 12, September 26, October 16.

What’s included?

Each scratch-off card provides 2 P5 seats.
