Employee Referral Program

At Wild Rose Co-op, we value the connections our team members bring to our organization. Our Employee Referral Program rewards you for helping us find great new talent.

Program Details

  • Reward Timing: All referral rewards are paid out within 2 weeks.
  • Unlimited Referrals: There’s no cap on the number of referrals you can make.
  • Referral Conflicts: If two or more team members refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will receive the reward.
  • Future Hires: You’re still eligible for rewards if your referral is hired later or for a different position at Wild Rose Co-op.
  • Eligibility Rules:
    • The referred individual must not be a current employee.
    • Team Leaders cannot refer for positions they are directly or indirectly responsible for, but may refer for other departments.
    • People & Culture team members and Senior Management are not eligible to participate.

Referral Incentives (Stackable)

  • $25 Co-op Gift Card – for any referral who is pre-screened.
  • $100 Bonus* – for any referral who remains employed for 90 days.
  • $150 Bonus* – for any referral who remains employed for 1 year.

*All bonuses are subject to the same tax rate as your regular biweekly pay.

How to Refer

To be eligible for referral rewards, your candidate must:

  1. Complete an online application for any open position or through the “Apply Now” portal.
  2. Answer “Yes” to the question “Were you referred by a current employee?” and provide your full name.
  • Alternatively, they may list you as a reference in their cover letter or résumé.
